I started my insurance career at a local Allstate agency in Florida — pure outbound, high volume, no warm leads.

During the LSP Top Gun competition (most autos written from start to end of the contest), I came in #10 in the entire state of Florida with 185 autos.

That same environment is where I also had my biggest month ever — closing 80+ autos in a single month — and hit 60+ autos multiple times.

This is where I learned how to control the call, build trust fast, and close under real pressure.
